Mama's Helper

Lately Lily likes to call herself "Mama's help-er", "Dada's help-er", or "Nana's help-er", etc. She has this cute deliberate way of saying it. It is such a joy to watch a two year feel proud of herself for helping someone. Even if her version of "helping" often makes more of a mess for mommy and daddy. :)

I was at TJ Maxx Homestore this weekend, and I found two gems dirt cheap. First, I saw this cute art holder that I had to have:

 

 

The second thing I found was a Mommy and Me gardening set on clearance for $5. I had just picked up some lantana for the mailbox flower bed, so I thought it would be fun to have Lily be "Mama's help-er" for a little gardening. Sure enough, Lily proudly told daddy, "I mama's help-er". She's so sweet sometimes.
Just like the bubble adventure, I took an excessive amount of photos. If I ever make this blog into a memory book, I'm going to need narrow down the repetitiveness and learn to be a little more succinct. But for now, I'm choosing to post 15 pictures of Lily planting flowers. Because I like them. =)
