Lake Ella with Alana and Aeven

My friend Alana takes the cake as the best friend around! She offered to keep our friend (and co-worker) Nyle's 2 year old for the weekend just so Nyle and Jana could have a weekend off-duty. How nice is that?! Although after you spend any amount of time with Aeven, I could see why anyone would want to steal her for a weekend! She is adorable, funny, and super laid back. Alana and I met up at Lake Ella Saturday afternoon for some duck feeding, bubble blowing, and strolling around the lake. It was such a beautiful day on Saturday...I was glad we spent time outside, and with two of my favorite little people. Just kidding, Alana! That was a cheap short joke. ;) Aeven was so funny...after she ran out of bread to feed the ducks, she just shrugged and starting picking up handfuls of dirt to throw. She is so easy breezy, and not afraid to get a little dirt on her..I love that in a toddler. Oh, and her animal impressions are on point too...she really commits to the animal you ask her to act like. I just eat her up...always happy and an aggressive enthusiastic hugger.
